Abstract:Thevibrationcharacteristicsofpermanent magnetsynchronousmotorfornewenergyvehicleswere investigated, andtheharmonicsuppresson technologywasintroduced.Theelectromagnetictorqueripplecausedbycurrntharmonicsisthe maincaueofvibrationandelectromagneticnoiseofpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotor.Onthebasisofconstructingthe harmonicmathematicalmodeltoexploretherelationshipbetwentheelectromagnetictorqueandtheharmonic,acontrolscheme isproposedtosuppressthe harmoniccomponentinthestatorphasecurrentbyadding the harmonicsuppresionring,andthen eliminate theelectromagneticvibrationnoise.Theschemeuses Euler-Fourieralgorithmtoextracttheharmoniccomponentfrom thestatorphasecurent,andPIregulatorcalculatestheharmonicvoltage,thusdeterminingtheompensation,whichplaysgood roleinsuppressingtheharmoniccomponentofthestatorphasecurent,thusreducingthemotornoiseduringthedrivingofnew energy vehicles.
