Abstract:The3Dgeologicalmodelingisacomprehensivetechnologythatusesmulti-disciplinary knowledgesuchasmodern computergraphics,geographicalinformationsystems(GIS)andgeologyBycolletingandprocesinggeologicalinformationsuchas boreholedataandseismicdata,itadoptssurfacemodelingandvolumemodeling.Thetwomethodsof modelingaimtocreatea 3Dmodelthattrulyreflectstheundergroundgeologicalstructure,andperformatributeassignmentandmodelverification.This paperdiscusestheresearchabilityofthree-dimensionalgeologicalmodelingfromtheresearchstatusofthree-dimensional geologicalmodelingathomeandabroadandthecurrnttechnicalbotlenecksofthree-dimensionalgeologicalmodeling.The paperputsforwardthemainproblemsofcurrentthree-dimensionalgeologicalmodelingfromfouraspects:datacolection, modelingtechnology,softwarealgorithms,andprofesionals.Italsoputsforwardthebreakthroughdirectionsandaplication prospectsofthree-dimensionalgeologicalmodelingmethodsbasedontheapplicationdirectionofthr-dimensionalgeological modeling,providing reference for theresearchand breakthroughof three-dimensional geological modeling technology.
