Abstract:Thisarticleproposesaminiaturizedultra-lowtemperatureconstanttemperaturebathbasedonStilingrefrigeration technology,hichombinestetemperatureontrolprciplendlightweightesigcoceptoftraditioalonstanttempatuebats tosolvetheproblemsoflargeequipmentvolume,lowrefrigerationeficiency,porenvironmentalprotection,andlimitedlow temperaturerangeofexistingequipmentByintroducingtheStirlingrefrigerationsystem,optimizingtheheatexchangestructure, adopting modulardesignandeficientstirring device,the portabilityand high-precision temperaturecontrol (between-8Oand 150‰ ) of the constant temperaturebath have beenachieved.Theexperiments have shown that its temperature fluctuation is ⩽±0.08‰ ,and the temperature field uniformity deviation is ,which can meet the ultra-low temperature calibration needs of military equipment,aerospacetesting,biomedicalandotherfields,andhassignificanttechnolgicalinnovationandapplicationvalue.
