Abstract:Inviewofthecurentsituationthatthepowersystem lackstechnicalmeanstotransmittransmissionline monitoringscenedatainareaswithoutpublicnetwork,anappicationschemeusinganitegratedoutdoorsateliecommunication terminaltotransmitmonitoringdataandsensordataisdesigned.Throughinvestigationandanalysisoftheenvironmental requirementsofpoweraplicationscenarios,theperformanceindicatorrequirementssuchasintegrateddesign,highandlow temperaturedesign,IPprotectionleveldesign,andcommunicationcapabilitydesignrequiredbytheequipmentforoutdoor workingenvironmentsaresummarized.Atthesametime,basedontheexistingdatatransmissiontypesanddatavolume requirementsintransmissonlinemonitoringscenarios,atechnicalmeansusingKu-bandhigh-throughputsateliesandtimesharingacquisitionaredesigned.Theresultsshowthattheequipmentandapplicationsolutioncansupprtthedatatransmision needsofthepowerindustryfortransmissionlinemonitoring,providesatelite-basedreturnchanelsforsensorsandmonitoring equipment inareaswithout publicnetwork,andthesystemsupports large-scalenetworkingaplications,andis highly guaranteed.
