Abstract:Theconstructionofmetro linesisaffctedbyurbanplaningandexistingbuilt-upareas.Smallradiuscurvesare inevitable.Unevensmallradiuscurvestendtocausetheproblemofeccentricwearofvehiclewheelsets.Whenthedepotdoes nothaveabulblineortriangle lineforvehicleturning,inordertoreducethecostofvehicleoperationandmaintenance, extendthefullifecycleofthewheelsets,andimprovetheoperationeficiencyametrovehicletuningschemebasedonthe transferplatformisproposedincombinationwiththeoverhauldesignofthedepot.Throughtheturningofasinglevehicle,the U-turnfunctionoftheentire trainisrealizedandtheproblemofwheeset eccentricwear isefectivelysolved.
