Abstract:Withglobalenergyshortagesandincreasinglyseriousenvironmentalprotectionissues,effcientoperationand energy-savingtransformationof industrialsteamboilershavebecomekeyisues.Thispapersystematicallyanalyzestheforation mechanismsandinfluencing factorsoffourtypesofheatlosses:smokeexhaust,surfaceheatdisipation,sewagedischargeand incompletefuelcombustionduringsteamboileroperationandproposestargetedenergy-savingstrategiesbasedonthermodynamic theory.Theefectivenesofthemeasureswasverifiedbyintroducingacaseofwasteheatrecoveryinachemicalplantand combustionoptiizationpracticeinatextileenterprise.Researchshowsthatthecomprehensiveaplicationofwasteheatrecovery, inteligentcombustioncontrol,continuoussewagemanagementandnewinsulationtechnologycanreduceboilerheatlossby 15% (204号 to 25% ,andsignificantlyimproveenergyutilization.Theresearchresultsprovide theoretical supportandpracticalreferencefor theenergy-savingupgradingofindustrialboilers.Finallthispaperlooksforwardtothefuturedevelopmenttrendofindustrial steamboiler energy-saving technology,and emphasizes the importance of intelligence,integrationand green.
