Abstract:Thispaper studiesan 8-axis5-linkagecompositemachiningrapidprototypingsystem.Aimingattheproblemsof insuffcient3DprintingaccuracyandcomplextraditionalCNCmachining technology,acompositemachiningsystemintegrating additiveandsubtractivemanufacturingisproposedanddesigned.Thesystemachieveshigh-precisionmulti-directionalcontrol through8-axis5-linkagetechnology,andcombinespressurizedparticulatemeltextrusiontechnologytooptimizematerial properties.Theresearchresultsshowthatthesystemeffectivelyimprovesmanufacturingaccuracyandproductioneficiency, reducesmanufacturingcosts,andcanbewidelyused inaerospace,automobilemanufacturingandotherfelds.Theconclusionis thatthissystemprovidesaneficientandprecisemanufacturingsolutionforthemanufacturingindustryandplaysanimportant role in promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
