Abstract:Withthecontinuousadvancementof medical technology,precisecontrolof bloodpressure during transfusionhas becomeacriticalfactorinensuringpatientsafety.Thispaperpresentsthedesignanddevelopmentofanintellgentblood transfusin presurizationdeviceaimedatimproving theeficiencyandsafetyofbloodtransfusion.Thedevicecomprisesa pressurizedbladder,acontrolbox,amaincontrolunit,andauxiliarycomponents.ThemaincontrolunitemploysaGD32F303 seriesmicrocontroler,integratinghardwareandsoftwarecontroltoachieveacurateregulationoftransfusionpresure.A diaphragmpumpisutilizedtoformaclosed-loopressurecontrolsystem,ensuringstableblodpresurelevelsduringdelivery. Aditionally,thedeviceisequippedwithalithiumbaterypowersupplysystemandaliquid-levelmonitoringalarmfunction, enablingreal-timemonitoringandalertsforabnomalliquidlevels.Thetestingresultsdemonstratethatthedeviceachievesa pressure adjustment range of 300mmHg and an operating duration of up to 6 hours,making it suitable for complex scenarios suchasemergencycare,operatingrooms,andfieldenvironments.Thesucessfuldevelopmentofthisdeviceprovideseffcient and safe technical support for clinical blood transfusion,with broad application prospects.
