Abstract:Aremote leakage testingsystemhasbeendevelopedtoadressthetechnicalisuesandsafetyrisksassociated withtraditionallow-voltagefedingequipmentincoalmines.Thesystemmainlyincludesamonitoringmainstation,underground ringnetwork,low-voltageprotectiondevice,ommunicationsubstation,leakagetestingresistancebox,gassensor,etc.Tispaper introducesthedesignprincipleoftheleakagetestresistanceboxandtheadvantagesofusingPLCtechnologyastheremote leakage testcommunicationsystem.Throughpracticalapplicationverification,thesystemcanefectivelyreducethesafetyrisksof leakagetesting,improvetestingeficiencysignificantlyenhancethesafetymonitoringlevelofpowertransmisionandsupply equipmentincoalminesystems.Finaly,thefuturedevelopmenttrendofremoteleakagetesttechnologyisdiscused.Through continuoustechnologicalinovationandpracticalaccumulation,remoteleakagetesttechnologycanplayagreaterrolein underground coal mines.
