Abstract:XizangAutonomousRegionislocatedontheQinghai-XizangPlateauwithcomplexterainandextremeclimatic conditions.Itfacesthreatsfromsevere weathersuchasheavysnow,frezingrain,andstrongwindsallyearround,posinga serioushallengetoroadtraffcsafety.Traffcaccidentscausedbyweatherchangesoccurfrequentlyonhigh-altituderoad sections,whichseriouslyaffctsregionaleconomicdevelopmentandthesafetyofpeople'slivesandproperty.However,the exitingtraficsafetymonitoringandearlywamingsystemhasproblemssuchasfragmenteddataandlagingearlywarning, whichisdificulttomeetactualneeds.Tothisend,designingariskplatformforhigh-impactroadsectionsinXizang, integratingmulti-sourcedataandintegratingartificialintellgenceandbigdatatechnologytoachevereal-timemonitoringand dynamicearlywamingofhigh-riskroadsections,,hasbecomeanurgentneedtoimprovetraficsafetymanagementcapabilities. Thispaperaimstodiscussthedesignideasandimplementationpathsoftheplatformandprovidetechnicalsupportfotaffic safety in Xizang.
