Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemofexcessivevibrationofthebearinghouseofa1OooMWsteamturbinegenerator unitinacertainpowerplant,thevibrationequationofthetwo-degre-of-fredomsystemwiththebearing houseanddamper basedonthevibrationreductionprincipleofthetunedmassdamperisestablished.Theimpactsofdampingratio,massratioand naturalfrequencyratioonthevibrationofthemainsystemareanalyzedtheoretically.AccordingtotheParticleSwarm Optimization,themassratioO.O3,thenaturalfrequencyratioO.99andthedampingratioO.1ofTMDkeyparametersare designed.ThevibrationreductionefectofaddngTMDdampingdevicetothebearinghouseisverifedthroughexperiments.The resultsindicatethatthevibrationof thebearinghousecanmetthesystemrequirementswiththevibrationreductionof 89.8% throughvibrationreductioncontrolofTMD.Thisresearchresultcanprovidesupportforsolvingthevibrationproblemof large rotating equipment in domestic power plants.
