Privacy protection and reputation management scheme in VANET data sharing

Abstract： Toaddress the privacyandsecuritychallenges indata sharing within VANET，this paper proposeda privacy protectionschemebasedonreputation management.Thescheme integrateddistributed storage viaIPFSandsmartcontracts toensuredatatraceabilityand immutability.Byintroducingareputation mechanismandemploying homomorphicencryption toprotectfeedback ratings，thesystem enabled dynamicupdates of user reputation scores，efectivelymitigating privacy leakage risks causedbymalicious behaviorsLeveraging alightweight data procesing mechanism，the proposed scheme was particularlysuitable forresource-constrained VANETenvironments.Experimentalresults demonstrate that，while maintainingthesame levelof privacyprotection，theschemeoutperforms existing methods in termsofcomputationalandcommunicationoverhead.
