[Abstract] This studyfocuses on Spainish footballyouth training system，with its distinctive dual-pathway development modeland scientifically grounded training philosophy，toexplore its succesful experience and its inspiration forthe development of footballyouth training in China.Centered on "holistic development，" the Spanish system emphasizes comprehensiveenhancementof technical-tactical skills，psychological well-being，and social adaptability.The integrationoftheeducationsystemand footballclubs hascreateddiversified developmentpathways，whileanefficient selection and competition system offers players abundant opportunities to gain practical experience and improve professional adaptability. Drawing on the current situation of youth footballtraining in China，this paper proposes suggestions such as strengthening the talentselection system，emphasizing psychological support，optimizing teaching methodologies，and improving the integration ofsportsand education.The research findings aimto contribute practical insights to the improvement of China's youth football development system and offer new perspectives for enhancing its international competitiveness.
