[Abstract] The research aims to explore the relevant issues ofthe organization and management of mass sports events， providing useful references for the national fitnesscampaign.The research contents cover the importance of the development of massports events in China，the practical dilemmas in their organization and management，and the paths to high-quality development. Research finds that massports events are of great significance in promoting sports development，improving the physical health level of the public，and promoting economic and social development. However，in the processof organization and management， there are problems such as insuficientcoordination among management subjects，lack of targeted policy formulation，imperfectactivity standardsystems，andunsound logistics support mechanisms. In response to these problems，the research proposes： optimize the management coordination mechanism topromote theeficientcooperationof multiplesubjects;improve policiesandregulations toenhance precise policysupport; establishasound standard system to ensure the standardizedandorderlyoperationof events;strengthen logistics supportto improve the servicequalityof events.Through theabove measures，it aims to promote the healthy development of mass sports events.
