高校体育教育专业实践教学体系优化与运行机制研究

[Abstract] Practical teaching is akeylink in the talentcultivationofPhysical Education major.Currently，practical teaching faces several isues，includingambiguous teachingobjectives，disconnection between practical contentand profesional requirements，relatively monotonous teaching methods，and inadequateevaluation systems.This research constructs acultivation system of "goal-oriented，content-supported，process-innovative，and evaluation-eedack" fromthe perspective of optimizing practical teaching systems，and promotes practical teaching reform through measures such as reconstructing thecore literacy oriented practical teaching goal system，optimizing the hierarchical structure of practical teaching content，innovating diversified teaching methods，and establishing process-based evaluation mechanisms. Meanwhile，a scientificand complete practical teaching operational mechanism has been established from the aspect of improving management mechanisms，strengthening practice base construction，enhancing teachers' capabilities，and buildingcollaborative platforms both insideandoutsideschools.Theimplementationofthis system has effectivelyenhancedstudents'professional practicalabilities，teacing inovationawareness，and professonalqualities， providing new insights for deepening practical teaching reform.
