辽宁省城市社区体育多元化治理发展路径研究

[Abstract] Taking the urban community sports in Liaoning Province as theresearch bject，this paper deeply analyzes its current situation bycomprehensivelyusing methodsofquestionnairesurvey，field visitand interview.Itis found that there are some problems in urban community sports in Liaoning province：uneven distribution and inadequate maintenanceof sports facilities; lackof profesionalismand continuityof eventorganization;shortage ofsports instructors. In order tosolve these problems，based onthe theory of diversified governance，the development path is explored from the perspectives of multiple stakeholders such as government，community organizations，enterprises and residents.The government need to improve its policy support and coordinate resource; Community organizations should strengthen their service supply and activity planning; Enterprises can realize resource sharing and industrial development through coperation; Residents need to enhance their participation awareness and enhance their self-management ability. It is of great significance to construct a diversified governance model with multi-party cooperation and complementary advantages to promote the high-quality development of urban community sports in Liaoning Province and mee the growing sports needs of residents.
