“学、练、赛”一致性教学模式在高职体育乒乓球教学中的应用探析

[Abstract] The physical education industry in China's higher vocational coleges has developedrepidly，ndthenumber of sports competitions in higher vocational coleges hasbeen increasing yearby year， which has put forward higher requirements for the competitive level. Among the sports projects，table tennis is a sports with a long history，early development，and popular among students in vocational colleges.Theconsistent teaching mode of "learing，training and competition"isanew teaching method，which can greatlymobilize students'enthusiasmand initiativeinlearning， efctivelyimprovetheteaching eficiencyof teachers，and isconducivetothedevelopmentoftabletenniscourses in higher vocational collges.This paper makes adetailed analysis of the value and significance of theconsistent teaching of"learning，trainingand competion" intable tennis，discusses some practical problems encountered bythis model in reality，andstudieshowtobuildahigh-leveland professional tabletenniscourse，inorder tohelpstudents experience fun， strengthen their physique and exercise their will in physical education teaching.
