体教融合理念下中医类院校民族传统体育教师教学能力培养体系的构建研究

[Abstract] Inthecontext ofsportsandeducation integration，itisof greatsignificance toconstructateachingability trainingsystemfor traditional Chinese medicine teachers toimproveteachers'abilityand promote students'development.This paper deeplyanalyses the intrinsicconnection between traditional ethnic sports and the development of traditional Chinesemedicine schools，covering aspects such asshared philosophical ideas，compatibilityof healthand rehabilitation concepts，andthe promotion ofcultural inheritance.At the same time，theconstruction principles of the teaching ability trainingsystemareclarified，thatis，theprinciplesofsystematic，targeted，practicalandcontinuous.Furthermore，the teaching abilitytraining system of traditional ethnic physical education teachers willbe constructed from the aspects of training objectives，currculum setting，training modeand method，practice link and platform construction，and improvementofasessment and evaluation mechanism.This moveaims to improve the teaching leveland professional qualityof traditional ethnic physical education teachers，promote the inheritanceand developmentof traditional ethnic physical education in traditional Chinese medicinecolleges，and contribute tothecultivationof traditional Chinese medicinetalents.Inaddition，itisemphasizedthatthesystemneeds tobecontinuouslyimproved inthefutureto promote the reform of physical education teaching in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.
