职业能力导向下的高职院校体育教学改革路径分析

[Abstract] The reform of physical education teaching under the guidance of profesional competence playsa positive role in enhancing students'profesional qualities，promoting their comprehensive development，achieving Vocational education goals，and meeting the demands of professional positions.Research points out thereare many problems in the traditional physical education teaching mode. Based on this，it proposes reform strategies such as innovating the physical education teaching mode，strengthening the integration of physical education teaching with vocational competence，and constructing diversified teaching methodsandevaluation systems.Specificaly，byadopting innovative teaching methods such as situational simulationand role-playing，vocational competence is integrated into physical education courses.Through cooperation with enterprises，real work scenarios are incorporated into physical education teaching.Amulti-dimensionalevaluationsystemis established tocomprehensivelyassesstudentsvocationalcompetence development. Itaims toimprove the efectiveness ofphysical education teaching，cultivate students'profesionalqualities and comprehensive abilities，and laya solid foundation for their future careers.
