[Abstract] Ethnic minorityareas in Sichuan Province relyonresource advantages such ashigh mountains，grasslands， and Tibetan，Qiang，and Yicultures to promote the integration ofsports and tourism industries through the "sports +tourism" model.However，theystillface challenges such as homogeneous competitionand insufficient industrial synergy. Research has found that the integration path needs to revolve around a three-dimensional trategy： on the product side，diferentiated development and activation of cultural ecological resources such as "intangible cultural heritage+sports"，Tibetan medicine and health care should becarried out; Itimproves transportation anddigital infrastructureon the infrastructuresidetoenhance industrial carring capacity;The policyside guides thecollaboration of multiple entities through special planning and funding. The research proposes to integrate event empowerment， festival revitalization，andleisure sports，aiming to promote economic growthand cultural protectionof sports tourism inethnic minorityareas ofSichuan Province，and provide theoreticaland practical references fortheupgrading of the sports tourism industry in ethnic areas.
