高校民族传统体育人才培养模式研究

[Abstract] Focusing onthe training modeofcollge traditional ethnicsports talents，this paper comprehensively uses the methods of iterature review，questionnaire survey and expert interview to thoroughly analyze the problems existing in the current training mode，specifically including unreasonable curriculum design，outdated teaching methods，weak teaching staff insufficient practice links and imperfect evaluation system.By drawing on relevant excelent training experience at homeandabroad，combined with thecharacteristics of traditional ethnicsportsand thesocial needsof the new era，this paper explores the construction ofa comprehensive，innovative and feasible training model for college traditional ethnic sports talents from the aspects of optimizing the curriculum system，innovating teaching methods， strengthening theconstructionof teaching staff，expanding the practice platformand building ascientific evaluation system.This model aims tocultivate more high-quality，innovative and practical talents for college traditional ethnic sports，promotethe vigorous developmentofcolege traditional ethnic sports help themachieve creative transformation and innovative development in the new era，and beter integrate into the world sports development pattern.
