[Abstract] Under the promotion of Education Informatization 2.Oand the Healthy China strategy，colege physi - cal education teaching urgentlyneeds to transform towards inteligent transformation.Mixed Reality （MR）technology hasopened new path forthis.MRtechnology，with itscharacteristicsof virtualreal integrationand realtime interaction，can break through the temporal and spatial boundaries of traditional physical education teaching， diversify the presentation of teaching content，precisely guide the teaching ofsports skils，and facilitate implemen - tationof personalized training.However，current applications of this technology face challengessuchashigh equipment costs，poor technological adaptabilitydificulties in transforming teaching models，and incomplete safety assurance systems.It could reduce equipment costs by establishing a multi-partycolaborative mechanism involving government，universities，and enterprises; It gathers scientific research forces to strengthen technology researchand developmentadaptation; Itbuildsa diversified training system toasist inthe transformationof teaching modes; It establishesa "four inone"securitysystem to resist securityrisks.Furthermore，it willpromote the deep application of MR technology in collge physical education teaching，improve teachingquality，and drive the development of college physical education teaching towards a high-quality stage.
