[Abstract] With thepromotionof theconstructionof Healthy China，itis imperative to reform theexperimental teaching ofSports Human Sciencecourses insports majors tomeet the public's multi-level demands for health services. Based on this，this article conducts a pedagogical reflectionon four keyaspects ofthe course's experimental teaching： teaching objectives，content， instructional models，and leaningasessment.Itproposes experimental teachingojectives thathighlightthecutivationofhealth servicecapabilities，reconstruct multi-level experimental modules，adopt problem oriented experimental teaching models，and implement multi-party evaluations throughout the entire process，aiming to cultivate sports professonals who can adapt to the needs of social development.
