体教融合视域下高校体育与心理健康协同育人研究

[Abstract] Basedonthenational strategic backgroundofintegrationof sportsand education,thispaper focuses onthe theoretical and practical pathsof colaborative education of physical educationandmental health in collges and universities.Based on methods such as literature researchand logical analysis,this paper systematicallexplores the value, predicaments and coping strategies of the collaborative education of the two.Research has found that the synergy betwee physical educationandmental healtheducation incolegesanduniversitiescansignificantlyenhance theoveral level of students'physical and mental health,while promoting the formationof lifelong exercisehabitsand the development of comprehensive qualities.However,there are stillpredicaments such as rigid disciplinary barriers, insuffcient teachingstaffcapabilities,fragmentedevaluationmechanisms,andinefficientresourceintegration.Inthis regard,strategies such as building an interdisciplinary teaching and research community,cultivating compound teachers, reconstructing a diversified evaluation system,and achieving resource platform sharing are proposed.
