基于幼儿身心发展特点的轻器械操创编策略研究

[Abstract] Thisarticlefocusesonthescientificityand practicalityof thecreationofchildren's ight equipment exercises. Through methods such as literature research and logicalanalysis，it systematicall explores the creationvalue，existing botlenecksandoptimization strategiesoflight equipment exercises basedonchildren's physicaland mental development characteristics.Theresearch finds thatlight equipment exercises have the valueof efectively promoting thecoordinated developmentofchildren'sphysical functions，stimulating their motivation toparticipate in sports，cultivating teamwork and social skils，and inheriting sports culture.However， inpractice，there are problems such asinsuficient functional adaptation of the equipment，adult-oriented movement design，disconnection between music and movement，and weak professonal qualityof teachers.Basedon this，specific creationstrategies are proposed，such asscientificselectionof equipment materials toadapttoagecharacteristics，gamification of movement design to stimulate participation iterest， matching of music rhythm to enhance rhythm perception，and systematization of teacher training to improve creative ability.
