[Abstract]Thisarticleusesmethodssuchasdataanalysisandlogicalanalysis toexplore thestrategiesforthedevelopment of ice and snow sports in colege physical education from the perspectiveof new quality productivity.Research sugests that the theoreticallogic of empowering iceand snow sports with new quality productivity is reflected in reshaping educational concepts，optimizing resource allcation，expanding teaching fields，and upgrading management models. Basedonthis，adeep analysisofthecurrent dificulties facedbythedevelopmentoficeandsnowsports inuniversities is conducted，strategies for carring outiceandsnow sports inuniversityphysicaleducationfrom the perspectiveof new quality productivity are proposed： transforming teacher concepts and enhancing informationliteracy; Enrich the curriculum system and enhance students' enthusiasm; Innovate the promotion mechanism and optimize resource allocation.
