[Abstract] Withtherapid developmentof technology，theapplicationof wearabledevices in midle schoolsports and health education provides scientificand precise means for sports monitoring.This research aims to explore the practical significance of wearable devices in sports health monitoringand exercise intervention for middle school students.It proposes relevant strategies from aspects such as optimizing device selection and configuration，enhancing teachers 'and students'applicationskils，andimproving thehealth monitoringandexerciseinterventionsystem.Thehopeis toprovide newideas and methods for middle school sports，further promoting the development of youth sports health initiatives.
