[Abstract] Swimming as a high-intensity periodized exercise, athletes facecontinuous accumulation of fatigue during training and competition, which is mainly manifested byphysiological changes such asmuscle microinjuries, decreased nerve conduction eficiencyand endocrine imbalance. To cope with these chalenges, scientific recovery strategies are particularly important. This article explores a varietyoffatigue recovery methods, including nutritional supplementation, alternatig hot and cold therapy, and presurized recoverytechniques. These strategies notonly helpaccelerate muscle repair andoptimize energy metabolism, but also enhance athletes'physiological adaptabilityandtechnical execution. Studies have shown that proper nutritional supplementation can rapidly restore energy reserves after training; The alternating hotandcold therapyand pressurized recovery techniques significantly enhancetherecovery effciencyof athletes by improving blood circulationand reducing inflammatoryresponses.Byimplementing these scientific recovery strategies, swimmers are able to maintain their optimal state during high-intensity training and competition, thereby improving overall performance.
