高职体育专业学生篮球裁判能力的构成要素、培养现状及提升策略

[Abstract] Improving thebasketballreferee abilityof physical education majors is notonlya requirement of education andteaching，but alsoademand for students'personaldevelopment.This article discuses the constituent elements， cultivation principles，andqualityrequirementsofbasketbal refereeability，and pointsoutthe necesityforocational physical education majors toenhance theirbasketball refereeability.Basedonthe currentstatus ofbasketballreferee ability training development for vocational physical education majors in educational systems and curriculum design， teacher resourcesand teachingquality，student participationand learning interest，practicalcourse implementationand efectivenessas wellastechnicaland material support，specificimprovementstrategiesareproposed from fouraspects： stimulating students' interest in basketballreferee knowledge，transforming traditional teaching methods，strengthening training and learning of basic referee skils，and establishing a teaching evaluation and fedback mechanism.
