[Abstract] Specialized teaching in colege physical educationcourses emphasizes the individualized developmentof students.Through diversified course setings，it can provide students withabroad space forautonomous choice to met their personalized learning needs.At present，there are stillcertainshortcomings in thecoursesetings of physical educationincllges，cudingisentlyientificousesign，ideqatetacingrsourcealloationfect specialized teaching evaluation systems，andrelatively weak teaching staffColleges shouldactively takeeffective countermeasures to further optimize course design，provide rich teaching resources for specialized teaching，and strengthen the teaching evaluation system construction，and enhance theconstructionof teaching staff to promote the comprehensivecultivationof students'core physical education literacy.This article deeply explores thepractical significance of specialized teaching in colege physical education courses，and proposes targeted optimization strategies based on the problems existing in the current implementation process， withthe aim of providing a scientific basis for the reform of colege physical education courses and assting inthe deepening and practical effectivenessimprovement of the specialized teaching model.
