[Abstract] This paper focuses on thedriving roleof new-quality productivityinthe integrated development of the sports tourism industry，exploring the new forms and models generated under its empowerment. New-quality productivityischaracterized byinnovation，digitalization，andgreensustainability.Withthehelpoftechnological innovation，ecological strategy，and crossborder colaboration，itreconstructs thelogicof thesports tourismindustry. Theresearch highlights that theapplicationof metaverse and digital twin technologies enhances sports tourismproduct experiences，the integration of green and low-carbon concepts into the entire value chain has helped to restructure the industry.The integration of the sports tourism industry with culture，technology，and education expands the industry's boundaries.This paper proposes implementation paths，including building a policy support system， implementing technology-empowerment projects，and creating a symbiotic industrial ecosystem，aiming to provide theoretical supportand practical references for the high-quality development of the sports tourism industry.
