数字技术赋能学校体育高质量发展的本质特征、现实困境与优化路径

[Abstract] Usingliterature review，logic analysis andother research methods，this paper systematically explains the esentialcharacteristicsand practicaldilemmasofthedigital technologyempowering high-qualitydevelopmentof school physical education，and puts forward thetargeted optimization path.Research suggests thatthe essntial characteristics of the digital technology empowering high-quality development of school physical education lie in the inovative development， coordinated development， green development，open development and shared development. The empowerment of the high-quality developmentof physical education in schools with digital technology faces practical dilemmas suchas insuficient applicationof digital technology，poorcultivationof digital iteracyuneven distribution of digitalresources and lack of digital ethical framework.Based on this，the following optimization paths are proposed： Strengthening theapplication of digital technology; Actively cultivating digital literacy; Balancing layout of digital resources; and Constructing digital ethical framework.
