基于运动控制理论的武术套路训练精准化路径创新研究

[Abstract] As the core manifestation of Wushu,thequalityof Wushu routine training directly impacts competitive levels and cultural inheritaceefect. Currently,Wushuroutine training stilfaces issuessuchasunclear precisionpaths, inconsistent technical movement standards,and weak training feedback mechanisms, which restrict the improvement of training eficiency and competitive outcomes.The theory of motion control focuses on the mechanisms of motion generation and regulation from the perspectivesof systematicity,dynamics,andoptimization,providing solid support for scientific training of motion techniques.Basedonthis,this paper starts from the technicalcharacteristics of Wushu movements,integrates keyviewpointsof motioncontrol theoryandsystematicallproposes thelogicand pinciples for constructing precise training paths for Wushu routines training.The article focuses on optimizing action structure, coordinatingand stabilzing control,standardizing technical actions,andgudingaction intentions toonstructa precise training strategysystem.Itintroduces inteligentfeedback technology,cognitive control,andneuromuscularcotrol methods to explore training intervention and dynamic adjustment mechanisms.Through case analysis and practical testing,thesientificnatureandefectivenessoftheproposedtrainingpathareverified,providingtheoreticalsupport and path guidance for promoting the refinement, scientize,and modernization of Wushu routine training.
