[Abstract] HenanProvince is amajor province witha profound historicaland cultural heritage in thecentral plains region，and itisalsoabundantinintangible sports cultural heritageresources.Curently，significantachievemnts have ben made in building an intangible cultural heritage database，improving the protection list system， promoting the integrated development of culture and tourism，and establishing researchand learning bases.However，there are til problemssuchasasingletypeofprojects，insuficientinvestmentinprotectionfunds，andalackofprofesionaltenical talents.Basedonthis，theresearchproposes measuressuchas strengtheningthe protection ofcultural ecological resources， enhancing the construction of talent teams，and establishing inheritance bases to promote the inheritance，innovation， and development of Henan's intangible sports cultural heritage.
