Research on the Path of Empowering High School Physical Education Classroom Teaching with Information Technology

YAN Yu Ningbo University，Ningbo，ZhejiangProvince，315ooo China [Abstract] Information technology has becomean important way to enhance the qualityof high school physical education teaching.Basedon theconnotation of information technology，this paper elaborates on its practical value inhighschoolphysical educationclasrooms teaching，includinginteractive，personalization，andvisualization. Traditional high school physical education clasroom teaching hasproblems suchas limited teaching forms，lackof profesionaland technical talent，and insuficientinfrastructure construction.Toaddressthese isses，fortssouldbe made to cleverly utilize information technology to enrich diverse teaching methods，strengthen the construction of teaching staffto enhance their informationcapabilities，and improve facility construction toenhanceservice quality， and promote the in-depth application of information technology in high school physical education teaching.
