Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Practical Ability of Master Students of Physical Education Under the Guidance of Social Demand

Although some progresshas been made in this field，due to reasons such as a late start andan incomplete cultivation system，thecurrent sportsmaster's programstillfaces practical problemssuchas insuficient practicalability and overallquality that need to be improved，and further optimization and improvement are urgently needed.This article combines the requirements ofthe Opinions on Acelerating the Reform and Development of Graduate Education inthe NewEra issued bytheMinistryofEducation tosortoutthecurrentsituation of practicalabilitycultivation for sports master'sdegreegraduate students in universities.It is found thatthe mainfactors afecting the practical ability cultivation of sports master's degree graduate students mainly include unreasonable curriculum design，imperfect management mechanism，formalized practical links，and incomplete evaluation system. At the same time，targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed，inorder to strengthen the emphasis oncultivating practical abilities among universitiesand students，optimize the practical teaching processand standardize the management mechanism for cultivating practical abilities，improve the evaluation system and methods，promote students' in-depth practical strategies，and therebyenhancetheir practicalteachingabilities，provideastrongand powerfulfoundation forsocial development，and make due contributions to achieving the goals of building astrong sports and education country.
