Taiyuan Preschool TeachersCollege，Taiyuan，ShanxiProvince，O3oo27China [Abstract] To explore the construction ofa vocational physical education teaching model based on the concept of lifelong sports.Thisarticle employs research methods such as literaturereview，analyzing the inherent conection between the characteristics of vocationalphysical education teaching and the intrinsic connection oflifelong sports.It systematicalladdreses issuesofsinglecurriculum design，rigid teaching methods，and short一term evaluation mechanisms in teaching practice.The article proposes thatthe cultivation of sustained exercise habits should be the core and a teaching model should be constructed that includes three dimensions： optimizing the curriculum system，innovating teaching methods，and improving evaluation mechanisms.This model emphasizes personalized exercise programs design andhealthmanagementcapabilitycultivation.Throughateachingstrategythatintegrates theoryand practice，itfocuses on solving theproblems ofinsuficientcultivationof students'sportsawarenessand lackofsustained physicalactivity， providing a systematic solution for the reform of vocational college physical education teaching.
