Research on the Innovative Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in College Aerobics Teaching —Taking Shanxi College of Technology as an example

Collge ofGeneral Education，Shanxi Colege of Technology，Shuozhou，Shanxi Province，O36o02 China [Abstract] This paper focusesontheinnovativeapplicationof artificial intellgence technology inthe teachingof collge physical education andaerobics，based on the talent cultivation objectivesofapplied coleges and theactualsituation of teaching.The article makes ananalysis from the development trend，the currentsituation，the urgencyand necesity of digital construction in collges reform.At the same time，it introduces theapplication of artificial intellgence technology inaction analysis，personalized training，virtual realityteachingandother aspects，for example，itcanprovide physiological indicators such as heart rate，movement trajectory，strength output，speed endurance，andother learningrelated datasuchasclasroomparticipation，skillmasteryprogress，trainingatendance，etc.Inaddition，thearticlealso puts forward specific implementation strategies from the perspectiveof diversifiedasessment and evaluation.Theresults oftheresearch have important theoreticaland practicalsignificancein promoting thereformand inovative development of college physical education teaching.
