Research on the Development Status of Off-Campus Sports Training Institutions in Compulsory Education Stage and Government Supervision Strategy

ZHANG Qiang Shaanxi Youth Vocational College，Xi'an，Shaanxi Province，71O1Oo China [Abstract] This paper focuses on the development of off-campus sports training institutions inthe compulsory education stage and govermment supervision strategies. With the deepening of education reform and the "double reduction" policy， theoff-campus sports training market has welcomed developmentopportunities，but it also faceschallnges suchas lax institutional qualificationreview，lack of pre一paymentsupervision mechanism，inadequate advertisingandpublicity supervision and inefective implementation of safety management responsibilities.As the main body of supervision， the government needs to enhance the strength of qualification review and establish a multi-department joint review mechanism. It improves the supervision of prepaid mechanism to ensure the safety of funds; It develops advertising standardsandregulations，strengthens monitoringand lawenforcement eforts;Itfullimplements theresponsibility of safety management，improves the regulatory system and strengthens daily inspections.This paper aims to provide policy reference and supervisionsuggestions forthe healthydevelopmentofoff-campus sports training industrythrough comprehensive analysis and strategy exploration.
