[Abstract] The in-depth development of "Internet+" has promoted educational reform,and the reform of higher education teaching modeis imminent.Physicaleducation incollges,asa vital componentofhigher education,is responsible for enhancing students'physical fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles.However,traditional physical education teaching models are showing limitations in the information age,such as single teaching content,rigid teaching forms,and diffcultymeeting individualized needs ofstudents.The nation attaches great importance to educational informatization and encourages the useof information technology to promote teaching reform.The mixed learning model,integratingthestrengthsofineandoflinelearing,offrsanewapproachoftinkingfortheiovative development ofcollge physical education.This model can address the shortcomings of traditional teaching, expand teaching space,enrich teaching content,and improve teaching eficiency with the helpof the Internet.This research aims to investigate the current application status,existing problems,andoptimization strategies ofthe mixed learning model i collge physical education teaching under the backgroundof "Internet+".Byanalyzing the impactof the internetoncollege physical education,it elucidates the theoretical valueand practical significanceof mixed learning model.In-depth researchonitsapplication statusand isses of this model isconducive to promoting the transformation and upgrading of colege physical education teaching models,building a more scientific and eficient teaching system, and providing a reference for teaching reform in the context of the "Internet+" landscape,and comprehensively improving overall teaching quality.Therefore,this research holds significant theoreticaland practical value.
