Application and Integration Path of Information Technology in Middle School Physical Education Teaching

DONG Chenning DU Bo ZHANG Lili Chongqing Qiujing High School, Chongqing, 40oo10 China [Abstract] This paper focuses ontheapplicationand integrationof information technologyinmiddle school physical education teaching.Itelaboratesontheuseofinteligent wearabledevices,AItechnology,VR/ARtechnologyand big data platform torealizemotion monitoring visualization,inteligentmotion correction,teachingscene virtualization and data-driven training management.Itanalyzes thesignificanceofbreakingthrough the limitations oftimeandspace, accurately controls movementload,buildsmultipleevaluationsystemand stimulates interestinsports.Atthesame time, it analyzes the chalenges facedsuch as the digital divide,thesurface technology application,data ethics and the dissolution of the essenceofsports,and puts forward strategies suchas buildinga hierarchical supplysystem,developing school-based digital resources,establishing data governance norms and innovating mixed teaching mode strategy,aiming to provide theoreticaland practical references fortheinformation transformationof middleschoolphysical education teaching.
