Research on Psychological Quality Cultivation and Training Effectiveness Optimization Strategy of Volleyball Players in Higher Vocational Colleges

Henan College of Industry and Information Technology, Jiaozuo,Henan Province, 454ooo China [Abstract] This research focuses on the cultivation of psychological qualities and the training effectiveness of voleyball players in higher vocationalcollges.Currentlyathletes face isues suchas pre-matchanxietytense competitionstages, and insufficient trust inteam collaboration.The existing training model has deficiencies in time allocation,resource allocation,andtraining methods.Tothisend,thisresearch proposes thefollowing measures:Fstly,itimplantsbasic psychological skils training;Secondly,itconductsspecialized psychological integrationand improvementtraining; Thirdly,itcultivates theteam's psychologicalcolaborationability.Atthesame time,amulti-dimensional evaluation indexsystem is established,coveringaspects likepsychological state,competition performance,andteamcollboation. Dynamicoptimizationand adjustment arecarried out based on feedback onstage efects.These measures can fectively enhance the psychological qualities of athletes and provide strong support for the development of voleyball sports in vocational colleges.
