[Abstract] Inthenewera,thedevelopmentof the sportsandfitness industrypresentsamulti-dimensionalmechanism driven by policy,technological empowerment,and demand upgrades.At thepolicylevel, national strategies suchas the "Outline for Buildinga Sports Power"and the Digital China construction provide institutional guarantees for the intelligent transformationoftheindustry.Onthetechnicallevel,technologiessuchasbigdataandartificialinteligence promote the precision offitnesservices and facilitate businessinovation.On the demand side,the growing awareness of national fitnessand the upgadingofconsumptionhave stimulated the demand for diversified fitnessproducts,driving continuous expansion ofthe industryscale.However,the industrial development stillfaces multiple challenges: uneven distributionofresources betweenregionsandurban-rural areas,insuficient coordination within the industrial chain, andhighcostsof digitaltransformationthatconstraineficiencyimprovements.Inthefuture,itisnecessarytooptimize policy coordinationmechanisms,deepencross-border integrationofsports,medicine,sports,and tourism,strengthen technological innovation support,improve talent cultivation systems,and build smart regulatory platforms to break through development botlenecks and promote the transformation of the sports and fitnessindustry towards higher qualityand sustainable directions.
