Practical Exploration of Lower Limb Strength Training for Sprinters

Jinzhong Vocational and Technical College,Jinzhong, Shanxi Province, O3o6Oo China [Abstract] In the training process ofsprinter,the improvement of lower limb strength is acrucial link tooptimize competitive performance and ensure sports safety.This paper systematically outlines multiple measures for lower limb strength training in response to the practical needsof sprint events: Itconducts basic weight-bearing training to boost lower limb explosive power; It designs varied jumping exercises to improve stride and explosive power; Itimplements specialized sprints training toenhance starting accelerationability; It strengthens compositecore training to solidify the foundation of physical movement.By integrating theoryand practice,the study ofers scientific guidanceto lower limb strength training of sprinters,which notonly improves athletic performance but also effectively reduces sports injury risk, helping athletes achieve high-level competitive goals.
