Research on LowerLimb Strength Training Strategies for Teenage Football Players

Moutai Institute,Zunyi,Guizhou Province,5645oO China [Abstract]Footballdemands highlevelsofthelowerlimbstrength fromteenagers.Thisarticleanalyzesthe important roleof lower limb strength training in key tactical movements such as running,changing direction, grabbing,and shooting in footballplayers through literature review and fieldresearch.Researchhasfound thatthere are stilissues with targeted lower limb strength training in current teenage football,such as insuficient targeting,inadequate monitoringof exercise load,and limited training conditions.Toaddressthese issues,the followingsuggestionsare proposed:Firstly,atargetedtraining planshouldbedesigned,closelyintegratedwiththecharacteristicsandneedsof football;Secondly,itis necessarytostrengthen the monitoring of exerciseloadandscientificallyquantifythetraining intensity;Thirdly,itneeds tostrive to improve the trainingconditions andflexiblyutilizelimited resources.Onlyby taking multiple measures and solidly promoting relevant work can effctively improve the lower limb strength level of teenage football players,promote theircomprehensive improvement incompetitiveability,andlayasolidfoundation for their future career development.
