Influencing factors on postoperative nutritional status in patients undergoing robot-assisted rectal cancer resection

AbstractObjective:Toivestigate thestatusanduencingfactorsofpostoperativenutioalriskinpatientshounderetobot assistedrectalancereset.Methos:0ptientshounderwentbot-asistedrectalcancresectioatJiangsuCanerospial fromJanuaryO1toDecemberO23wereselected.Comparisonswremadeongeneraldatautritioalstatus,dietaryehaviorsental healthstatus,pualityoialupport,selfacyndsicalctiityvelsultieeargresnsdtaet factors nfluencingpostoperativeutritioalstatus.Results:ThepostopeativeutritionalRisk ScrenngScale(NR2OO)orewas |3.52±0.91 ) points, with 80.0% of patients scoring ⩾3 points, indicating moderate or higher nutritional risk levels.Age and preoperative nutritional status were independent risk factors influencing postoperative nutritional status ( P <0.05).While social support, self-efficacy perception, and physical activity level were independent protective factors influencing nutritional status after surgery ( P <0.05). Some factors that significatlytstoatilasialueschlodosotitoe asindependentiskfactosintisstudyConcusioPostopeatieutritioalisinpatitsouderntobotasistedcalcer resectionismodeateobotasistedsurgyhssigcatdantasinuingstopatieutriialisksugesigd strengthenpreoperativeutrioalmanagementhroughultifactoialnervetiostofurterimproepostoperativecoveryoutome.
