Effect of rehabilitation robot combined with conventional motor rehabilitation training on postoperative recovery in stroke patients

AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheimpactofrehabilitationrobotcombinedwithconventionalmotorrehabilitation trainingon postoperativerecoveryinstrokepatients.Metods:80strokepatintswoeretreatedatthFrstAfiliated HospialofXianJiaotong UniversityfromJanuary2O24 toJune2O24 wereselected.Theyweredividedintothestudygroup(n=4O,receivingrehabiliationrobot combined with conventional motor rehabilitation training) and the control group ( n =40,receiving conventional motor rehabilitation training) usingarandomnumbertable.TheFugl-MeyerAssessment (FMA)scoresforhandandar,ModifiedAshworthScale (MAS)grades,Bathel Index (BI)scoes,rrssessntgsndtasqarealusofctroaicagsecompten thetwogroupsbeforeandaftertraining.Results:Comparedwiththatbeforetraining,FMAscoresforbothhandandrmsignificantly increased after training in both groups (P<0.05) ,and study group showed significantly higher scores in all items compared to the control group after training (P<0.05) . Compared with that before training,BI scores increased and MAS grades decreased in both groups after training ( P <0.05), and the study group showed higher BI scores ( P<0.05) . After training, Brunnstrom Assessment stages for arm and hand were increased in both group compared to that before training (P<0.05) ,while the study group had a significantly higher armstage than the control group after training (P<0.05) .Compared with that before training,RMS values for biceps brachi,triceps brachi,anterior deltoid,and middle deltoid muscles significantly increased in both groups after training (P<0.05) , while the study group had significantly higher RMS values for tricepsbrachii and middle deltoid than thecontrol group after training (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Rehabilitationrobot combined with conventionalotorehabliatiotraiingcontrbutetoterecoveryofupperlibotorfuctionndimprovethqualityoflifinptints.
