Application effect of robot-assisted laparoscopic nephrectomy combined with multidisciplinary nursing rehabilitation in patients with renal tumors （DepartmentofUrology，DrumTowerHospitalAfiliatedtonjingUniversityedicalCollge，Nnjingoo，China）

AbstractObjective：Toexplore theeficacyofrobot-asistedlaparosopic nephrectomy （RALN）combined withmultidisciplinary nursingrehabilitationinrenaltumrpatients.Methods：168renaltumorpatientswhoweretreatedatNanjingDrumTowerHospitalfrom January2021toJanuary22wereselectedandandomlydividedintothecontrolgoup（n=84，eceivinglaparoscopicnephrectoand the observation group n =84，receiving RALN）.Both groups received perioperative multidisciplinary nursing rehabilitation. Postoperative recovery，ainelsealftio2trogesiofrivaldoplaserredwntoos patients.Results：Tebservatiogroupshowedshortertimetofirstlatus，ambulatio，oralintake，drainagetuberemovalateter removal，and hospitalization than the control group （P<0.05） .Visual AnalogScale （VAS） scores at2hand 24h postoperatively were lower in the observation group than the control group under both coughing and resting states P<0.05 ）.Improvements in uric acid （UA）， bloodureanitrogen （BUN），andserumcreatinine （Scr）at3and7dayspostoperativelyweresuperiorintheobservatiogroup （P<0.05） After 24 months of follow-up，the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group （P<0.05 ）. Conclusion： Compared to laparoscopic surgeryALsaisiaedoatioyeate rehabilitation.
