Application of bio-psycho-social perspective-based specialized nursing in robot-assisted limb salvage surgery for malignant bone tumors

AbstractObjective：Toexplorethefectsofb-psychosocialperspective-basedspecializednursingonpostoperativepsyolgical statusandfunctioalrehabiliationinpatientsundergoingobot-asistedlimbsalvagesurgeryforaligantbonetumors.Methods patientswhounderwentrobot-asistedlimbsalvagesurgeryformalignantbonetumorsattheSecondAflitedHospitalofirForce Medical UniversityfromJanuary2021toDecember2022wereselectedandrandomlydivided intothecontrol group（ n =50，receiving routine nursing） and the study group （ n =50，receiving bio-psycho-social perspective-based specialized nursing）. The psychological adaptabilitywrliuctioalcoveryearofaneurence，ndiofilyiingeopaedeeto groups.Results：Comparedwithtatbeforeintervention，othgroupsshowedincreasedpositiveatudescoresanddecreasedniety and helplessness/hopelessness scores after intervention （ P <0.05），with higher positive attitude scores and lower anxiety and helplessness/ hopelessness scores in the study group than the control group （ P <0.05）.Compared with that before intervention，both groups had improvementsingaitvaiabilityfunctionalactivitywalkingabilityscores，andductioninlimbpainscoresafterintetion（ P <0.05）， withhighergaitvariabilityfunctioalactivity，walkingabilityscores，andlowerlimbpainscoresinthestudygrouthantheotol group （ P <0.05）.Compared with that before intervention，both groups showed decreased FoP-Q-SFscores and increasedBIscores after intervention （P<0.05） ， while the study group had lower FoP-Q-SF scores and higher BI scores than the control group （ P<0.05）

Conclusion： Bi-pscho-socialperspective-based specialized nursing inrobot-asisted limbsalvage surgeryformalignant boe tumors canenhacepsyholgicaldapabilityrootelowerlmbucalovryllviatearofacreuendoedily living abilities of patients.
