AbstractObjective：Toevaluatetheeficacyofrobot-asistedlaparosopicpyeloplasty（RALP）combinedwithflexibleureteroscopic lithotripsy（FURL）in the treatmentof ureteropelvic junctionobstruction（UPJO）complicated with renal calculi.Methods：A retrospectiveanalysis wasperformedontheclinicaldataof8patients with UPJOcomplicatedwithrenalcalculihounderwentRALP combinedwithFURLat theSecond HospitalofLanzhou UniversityfromJanuary2O2Oto January2O24.Postoperativecomplications wereanalyzed，andsurgical eficacywassystematicall assessedusing follow-updataincluding intravenous pyelographyand CT examinations.Results：All8cases ofsurgery were successfullycompleted without typical postoperativecomplications.2 patients underwentsecond-stagelithotripsysurgerypostoperatively.CTrevealedsignificantstonereductionin1patientandcompleteston clearancein5patients.ConclusionRALPcombinedwithFURLhasdefinitiveeffcacyinthetreatmentofUPJOcomplicatedwith renal calculi， which is a safe and reliable surgical technique.
